Return Conditions

• Products must be returned to our warehouse in original or reasonably used condition.

Return Process

1. Contact our support team at cs@monlumiere.eu to request a return and receive your prepaid return shipping label.
2. Securely package the item(s) and attach the provided return label.
3. Ship the package to the following return address:

4. Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
